The price you see is the price you pay delivered to your door! We have formed a partnership with Fed Ex UK Services (part of the internationally renowned FedEx group) for the despatch of the majority of items sold on our site. Smaller items (such as badges etc) will be sent by 1st class insured recorded mail.

Fed Ex offers a next working day delivery service within the U.K. and orders are despatched, subject to availability, the next working day after we are in receipt of cleared funds in respect of payment for the items purchased.

We are now also able to offer the service of customer self tracking so you can track your order within 4 hours upon placement of your order. Please allow 2 – 4 hours for the Fed Ex server to be updated from the time of your order.

From here you will not only be able to track your item but if you miss your delivery you will be able to locate your nearest depot and telephone number and either re-arrange delivery or make arrangements to collect from your depot.

With regards to items we send (Including items sent by royal mail) we can confirm all items are insured and in the unlikely event of missing items we will send out new replacement items and claim ourselves from the shipping agent thus making your experience with us completely safe and stress free!

For international shipping (Including Southern Ireland and surrounding Isles) a minimal charge for shipping will be applied, this will be calculated at checkout and you will have the option as to whether you wish to proceed with the purchase. Please note shipping charges are calculated using the lowest rates available and we check our international shipping rates weekly so rest assured these rates will always remain competitive.
